Drumstick Allium. This ornamental onion bulb produces egg-shaped flowers in summer that start off green, then bloom and develop to pink and then to clover red-purple. They endure longer and better than any Allium. Perfect for creating structure in the border.

This Allium is so easy to grow it is one of Humphreys favourites.
