December News Letter

December News Letter

December is here! And hasn't the year flown. Who's ready for Christmas ? Not sure we are just yet !

But there is still time to get your spring flowering bulbs planted ready for a superb display in Spring. All though some of our stock is sold out we still have a few lines left and available.

Why not browse the website and get those last few pots planted up or those spaces in borders filled. If the ground is frozen, you can still plant bulbs in pots and store them in a cold but sheltered area over the winter. In the spring, you can move the pots to your patio or step.

December is still a great month to plant many Spring Flowering Bulbs. Plant the bulbs as soon as you receive them so they don't deteriorate. Make sure the bulbs are planted at least 6 inches deep. If you live in a cold climate, cover the planting area with mulch.

Use bulbs with different flowering times so your garden will have colour throughout the season. For example, you can plant Crocus and Scillas first, followed by early flowering tulips, and then late flowering tulips.

Also right up until midnight on December the 7th we have an amazing sale on Tulips with 25% off our whole range. So you really can grab a bargain while stocks last.

🎄 Seasons Greetings 🎄
