Camassia

Just as narcissus and tulips start to fade, Camassia is brilliant at stitching together the gap between late spring and early summer. Beautiful star-shaped flowers on tall stems mix well with perennials, and they're excellent for naturalising in meadows or garden borders. A superb pollinator plant too!

Once established, these bulbs become increasingly impressive year after year, requiring very little maintenance. Their tall, elegant stems are perfect for cutting and bringing indoors, where they'll brighten your home for weeks. They work wonderfully alongside late-flowering perennials like alliums creating beautiful layers of colour and texture in your borders.
